Refund Policy
Cuyahoga Falls Soccer Club works hard to plan each season based on the number of registered players. Because uniforms, field rentals, equipment, and team assignments are finalized immediately after registration closes, refunds cannot be issued once registration has officially closed.
Exceptions may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- Player Injury: If a player suffers a season‑ending injury before the first game, a refund may be issued upon receipt of a doctor’s note verifying the injury and confirming the player cannot participate.
- Family Relocation: If the family has moved out of the area and the player is no longer able to participate, a refund may be issued with reasonable documentation of the move.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the club administrator. Approved refunds may be prorated based on expenses already incurred.
