The Winter season includes 3 indoor sessions for u9 and older and two indoor sessions for our u6 and u8 age groups.

The Fall season is when kids move up in age groups, for future reference these are the current age groups:

Select Teams: Born in 2007-2009
Travel Teams: Born in 2010-2013
U8: Born in 2014-2015
U6: Born in 2016-2017
Micro: Born in 2018-2019
